Fresh or frozen unsweetened fruit 1 cup
Low-fat, vanilla yogurt (4 ounces) ½ cup
Apple juice concentrate 1 tablespoon
 Grape Nuts  

Directions

  1. Place fruit, yogurt, and apple juice concentrate in blender. Whirl until well-blended. The smoothie will be thick.
  2. Pour into a glass.
  3. Garnish with Grape Nuts if desired.
