In honor of National Kidney Month, let’s talk stones. Kidney stones. When certain stuff in your urine (like minerals and salt) get together, they can form a “stone” in your kidney. You may have a kidney stone and not know it. Or, you may begin to have a back ache. Pain may shoot through your abdomen or move toward the groin. You may begin to feel nauseated or have blood in your urine. You feel like you need to go to the bathroom, but you can’t.
