Welcome to Blake Medical Center. We understand that having a friend or family member in the hospital can be difficult. This information is designed to answer some of the most frequently asked questions of our visitors. If you have additional questions, please ask any member of our staff or call (941) 792-6611.
Parking Information
Visitor Parking is located in the front of the hospital. Shuttles are available to take you to and from your car from 8am - 4pm Monday - Friday, and Saturday 8am-12pm. The Outpatient Entrance & Parking are available at the back of the hospital and can be accessed from 21st Ave.

Visiting Hours
Unless otherwise noted, hospital visiting hours are 2:00 – 9:00 PM daily.
Gift Shop
Blake's Gift Shop offers a variety of gifts, flowers, books and sundries at every price range. Temporarily located in the Medical Arts Building Lobby, the Gift Shop is open daily from 8am - 5pm. For more information, or to make a purchase by phone, call (941) 798-6148.

Non-Denominational Chaplain Services are available any time by calling the hospital operator at (941) 792-6611.
Cafeteria
Cafeteria: Located on the 1st Floor, Blake's Cafeteria offers a variety of fresh food options during the following hours:
- Monday-Friday: Breakfast - 7:30 -10:30 am, Lunch 11:15-2:00 pm, Dinner 4:45pm-6:45 pm, Snack: 2:30 pm-4:00 pm.
- Saturday & Sunday: Breakfast: 8-10:30 am; Lunch 11:30-1:30 pm; Dinner: 4:45-6:45 pm.
You may call 798-MENU (6368) to access the daily cafeteria menu. Vending services available 24 hours a day.
