The Duke Activity Status Index (DASI) - How fit is your heart?

What is Duke Activity Status Index (DASI)

DASI scores are measured in metabolic equivalents (METs). One MET equals the approximate rate of O² consumption of a seated individual at rest. MET levels are often used in a clinical environment, such as cardiac rehabilitation, to indicate metabolic response to exercise.
